Dear Guest,

We want to share with you the adjustments that we've had to make to our salon operations. This is out of an abundance of caution for our staff, our guests, and our community. We've made many internal changes to our salon procedures but we wanted to share the ones that will affect you at your visit.

PLEASE COME ALONE TO YOUR VISIT. Our Fire Code allows us to operate at 50% capacity at this time. Please respect our restrictions at this time.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, STAY IN YOUR VEHICLE OR WAIT OUTSIDE. Check in via your Pocket Salon app or call the salon 218-739-6250. Your stylist will come out to get you when it is time for you to enter the building.

OUR WAITING/RECEPTION AREA IS CLOSED AT THIS TIME.

WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS, call or book online please.

PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. All of our work spaces have been adjusted to have at least 6ft between guests.

ALL GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK THAT HOOKS BEHIND THE EARS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK. We will have disposable ones for $5. Color guests, be aware that we will be careful as we apply your color, but choose a mask that you can launder or dispose of after your visit. All staff will be wearing masks as well. If you are unable at this time to wear a mask due to underlying health concerns, we suggest you wait to come to the salon when the wearing of masks becomes optional.

We are asking the following questions to everyone, including staff, before entering the building. If you experience any of these symptoms or have recently had exposure, we ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Are you experiencing any of the following symptoms that are not attributed to another health condition:

FEVER above 100 WE WILL BE DOING A TOUCH-LESS TEMP CHECK ON EVERYONE

CHILLS

A NEW COUGH

SHORTNESS OF BREATH

NEW SORE THROAT

NEW MUSCLE ACHES

HEADACHE

LOSS OF SMELL OR TASTE

-Have you been around anyone with any of these symptoms in 14 days?

-Are you caring for anyone or living with anyone sick or in quarantine?

-Have you traveled internationally, or by airplane?

As always, Salon Tru & Day Spa follow all state and local regulations. Your safety and health is important to us, as is the quality of your service!

Currently, we have made some temporary changes to the way we offer some of our services and what services we offer.

-Blow drying is now being phased in on a per appointment basis.  Some pre-booked appointments may not have the appropriate time allowed.  

-Only eyebrow and body waxing. No other facial waxing until we can allow guests to remove masks.

-We are able to double book our guests on a per appointment basis to keep the social distancing and fire code capacity requirements.

-Our staff has been put into 2 teams working alternating 7 days on and 7 off. This ensures that we are following the above fire code and social distancing guidelines. It also ensures, that in the event of one of our team members getting exposed to COVID-19, it will cut down on the spread within our team.

We ask that you respect our team and all of the phone and computer time they have put in trying to juggle appointments and reaching out to you. We weren't able to contact everyone as we had wished, the time involved and the emotional time it consumed took a toll on us. You certainly don't need a tired or stressed provider when you return. We kindly ask you to book online if possible, our front desk team will be working very hard answering phones of those who cannot book online.

All of the above being said, we have missed you terribly! The hours and hours that Joslyn and Jenny have put in to ensuring a safe return for you will be evident in the calm and organized manner that your visit is conducted at Salon Tru & Day Spa.

IFull Set of Eye Lash Extensions     $150-$300

Our Lash Expert creates a relaxing and comfortable experience while applying high quality extensions to each lash.  This first appointment lasts about 2 hours for Classic Lashes, 3 hours for Hybrid Lashes, and 4 hours for Volume Lashes.

Maintenance     $45 - $55 

is required every 2-3 weeks.  Appointments for this last 45 minutes to 1 hour.

PRIVACY POLICY:  Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, or birthday will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Salon Tru & Day Spa.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Salon Tru & Day Spa provides consultations and product recommendations to help you feel comfortable with your service and products you purchase from us .  If you are unsatisfied with an AVEDA purchase made from us we honor an exchange.  Services provided at Salon Tru are not eligible for refund.  Please contact us so that we can schedule a complimentary appointment within three days of the last appointment.
